HELPFUL FEATURES INCLUDE RECORD MUTE AND INTRO CHECK. THE RECORD MUTE WILL RECORD FOUR SECONDS OF SILENCE; THIS SPACE PLACED BETWEEN SONGS ENABLES AUTOMATIC MUSIC SEARCH FUNCTIONS TO WORK MORE EFFECTIVELY ON ANY CASSETTE DECK. THE INTRO CHECK FUNCTION SCANS THROUGH THE ENTIRE TAPE, PLAYING A SHORT SECTION AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH SONG; THIS HELPS IN FINDING A PARTICULAR TUNE ON THE TAPE.
