1) Technical Bench Repair Service: If it is broken, we can fix it. Our Rates are $95 per hour plus shipping. SoundBroker.com charges in 15 minute increments. Our minimum charge is $95 and includes the initial evaluation and labor if it is possible to repair the item in less than one hour. Parts and shipping are additional. All items sent in for repair require a written return authorization from SoundBroker.com prior to shipping to SoundBroker.com.

2) Telephone Technical Support Service: We support your do it yourself repairs of professional audio equipment. If you are in the process of repairing your own equipment (no matter where you purchased it) and you get stuck and you need someone to walk you through it, we can assist you.

SoundBroker.com Telephone Technical Repair Service assistance rates are $25 per 15 minutes.
